However, it was rare for children who awakened to psychic powers to achieve great things, most had minor abilities, and only a handful were able to make a name for themselves as psychics. Akira is one of these psychics who has no place to shine, so he gathers together psychics with similar circumstances and forms Team Psychicker Z.
