While Jeremy wanders the barren factory landscape of Newark, New Jersey, he stumbles unexpectedly into Kara's world; a life laden with dead end factory work and her husband Bruce's relentless abuse. After narrowly escaping Bruce's attempted kidnapping, Kara and Jeremy find uncompromised intimacy.
